Location: Greater London
Huntress is recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Manager with NHS background for a 3-month contract. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote in Greater London.
You will lead complex ER cases, provide expert HR guidance to senior stakeholders, and support change, workforce planning, and service improvement within an NHS Trust. CIPD-qualified and UK employment law knowledge are essential.
