Human Resources Operations Manager

Location: Central London – 4 days a week in office

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Operations Manager to lead and develop our HR operations function across a fast-paced PE Backed multi-sited business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent employee and manager experiences. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will ensure that HR processes, systems, policies, and employee lifecycle activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with employment legislation.

You will be an experienced HR professional who has worked across multi-site business with diverse work forces. You will have led on the end to end employee lifecycle and managed a team of junior HR Assistants in previous roles.

• Proven experience in an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing HR systems and workforce data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data.
• Experience working within a multi-site retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

This role requires 4 days in the office based in the central London.
