Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Overview

• Payroll administration:
  Audit HRIS to ensure all employee lifecycle changes and necessary data are recorded in a timely fashion ahead of payroll cut-off; liaise with Havas Shared Services centre to communicate monthly employee updates for payroll and address enquiries; check and reconcile payroll data against HRIS and monthly updates; be a front-facing contact for all employees on payroll and tax queries.
• Benefits administration:
  Act as first point of contact with employees to manage questions about employee benefits; maintain relationships with external benefit providers; maintain membership of all benefit platforms, ensuring they are kept up to date; support in communication and promotion of employee benefits throughout the year.
• General administration:
  Keep all e-files up to date; ensure all data is managed and maintained in accordance with GDPR.

• Excel skills (data validation, basic formulae like vlookup/if/match)
• Ability to prepare manual payroll calculations (for example statutory leave payment schedules) in Excel
• Support to the wider HR team and business, with intermediate Excel and Word skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Compelling and concise communicator – persuasive and confident in communication
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work within a confidential environment
