Reporting into the VP of HR
, you'll operate as the senior Reward lead for the European business of 1,300 employees
, leading a team of three. You'll work with autonomy and confidence, continuing to develop and embed a well-established Total Reward function across a multi-studio European operation.

• Providing expert guidance across compensation, benefits, and payroll for a complex, multi-entity European business
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of three
• Owning governance of Job Architecture and identifying areas for improvement
• Leading pay transparency initiatives, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Driving annual compensation planning, bonus cycles, benefits renewals, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting, and benchmarking submissions
• Partnering with senior HR and business leadership to embed reward best practice
• Collaborating with Finance, HR Systems, HR Operations, and L&D to improve reward processes and decision-making
