Catalyst is partnering with a leading global trading and financial markets firm, is seeking an experienced Trading Recruiter to support continued growth across its European business. As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage end-to-end hiring across trading and quantitative research functions, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and innovative sourcing solutions. You will build and maintain strong networks within niche talent pools, engage high-calibre candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes remain efficient, data-driven, and scalable.

The successful candidate will have at least three years' recruitment experience with a proven track record of hiring specialist talent within trading, quantitative research, or adjacent financial services markets. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through credible market insight.
