You'll take ownership of your own specialist market, managing the full 360 recruitment process.

This includes:

• Building relationships with founders, executives and hiring leaders across VC‑backed technology companies
• Winning and growing new client partnerships
• Managing retained and contingent searches
• Developing long‑term candidate networks within your specialist market
• Negotiating offers and closing high‑value placements
• Becoming a recognised market expert within your niche

We're interested in recruiters who already know how to build relationships and generate revenue.

Ideally you'll have experience recruiting into one of the following:

• Cybersecurity
• SaaS
• AI
• Software Engineering
• R&D

You’ll also bring:

• 2+ years' recruitment experience (360 preferred)
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
• High levels of resilience and self‑motivation
• A naturally competitive mentality
• The ambition to become one of the best in your market
