WNTD is seeking its first Head of Total Rewards to design and own the global compensation, equity, benefits and recognition framework. The role focuses on building scalable levelling, bands and equity design across the UK and US, with strong emphasis on benchmarking and regulatory alignment.
This leadership position requires deep experience designing rewards from scratch, credibility with executives, and the ability to attract elite AI infrastructure talent in a rapid-growth environment.
