Our client is a fast-growing , PE backed B-Corp operating across multiple sites in the UK. To help achieve their ambitious plans, our client is looking for a Talent & People Partner who can shape and deliver their talent, recruitment and development strategy. This is a new role that will play a key part in ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains the people and capabilities needed for continued success. Working closely with senior leaders, the successful candidate will help build a strong talent pipeline, strengthen leadership capability and create frameworks that support career growth across the organisation.

About

the Role

As Talent & People Partner, you will take ownership of the organisation’s talent agenda, combining strategic workforce planning and talent development with hands‑on recruitment delivery. Partnering with leaders across the business, you will help identify future capability requirements, build succession plans and ensure the organisation has the talent needed to meet its growth objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence people strategy while remaining closely involved in operational delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a talent strategy aligned to business objectives and growth plans.
  • Build and embed talent management and succession planning frameworks.
  • Lead talent review discussions and support leadership teams with succession planning.
  • Create career pathways and internal mobility programmes to support employee development.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning and identify future talent requirements.
  • Analyse workforce trends and people data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of business functions and levels.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop attraction strategies and define hiring requirements.
  • Build talent pipelines and reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies.
  • Support and enhance the organisation’s employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives that build organisational capability.
  • Support leadership development, graduate and early careers programmes.
  • Coach managers on recruitment, talent management and workforce planning best practices.

    Produce recruitment and talent analytics, providing insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to wider people projects and organisational change initiatives.
About You

We’re looking for an experienced talent, recruitment or people professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You’ll be someone who is comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, challenging where appropriate and providing commercially focused people solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and are passionate about helping organisations attract, develop and retain great talent. With strong analytical skills and a proactive approach, you can translate business objectives into practical talent and workforce plans that deliver results.

This role would be ideal for someone with a background in Talent Management who is looking to develop their career and move into a true partnering role.

Requirements
  • Significant experience within talent acquisition, talent management, recruitment or workforce planning.
  • Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles and levels.
  • Experience designing or implementing talent management, succession planning or workforce planning initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and influencing key decision makers.
  • Ability to interpret people data and use insights to drive decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Experience with in a growing, multi‑site business would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives is beneficial.
