Based in London with hybrid working, you will own the full payroll lifecycle, manage pension and benefits, and oversee annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring accurate pay and compliant practices.
You will partner with HR, Finance, and external providers, driving process improvements and providing insightful reporting.
