As a Senior/Lead Recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your career path - whether that’s continuing to excel as a market specialist or developing into a people leadership role.

You will:

• Own and grow your specialist market, building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop an extensive candidate network through proactive sourcing and relationship management
• Build and strengthen client partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing through to successful placement
• Provide consultative market insight to clients and candidates
• Consistently achieve and exceed personal billing targets and KPIs
• Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a high-performing team culture
• For those pursuing leadership: mentor, coach, and develop recruiters, supporting their growth and helping them achieve their goals
• Take an active role in improving processes, sharing best practices, and supporting the continued growth of the business
