Eleven Labs is building a People Analytics function from the ground up. As People Analytics Lead, you will turn workforce data into insights that shape how we hire, organize, and retain talent across a fully distributed, fast-growing team.
You'll partner with the People team and business leaders—translating headcount, compensation, attrition, and engagement data into decisions, not just dashboards. You define metrics and set the standard for how we discuss our workforce.
