UPP Group Holdings Limited is seeking an interim Payroll & Reward Manager to lead the full payroll lifecycle across our operations and corporate areas. You will manage third‑party providers, pensions and benefits, and oversee salary and bonus reviews with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
The role requires extensive payroll experience in a large organisation, strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, and proficiency with Workday, SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.
