Tik Tok is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our in-house Global Employment Law team supporting the EMEA region. The role is on-site and can be located in Dublin or London, working closely with HR and business stakeholders.
You will advise on all employment-law issues across recruitment, mobility, investigations, terminations and disputes, and help develop policies and practical, risk-based solutions while collaborating with cross-border colleagues.
