Montcalm Collection is seeking a People & Culture Executive to partner with the Cluster HR Manager and Head of People & Culture across 14 properties in the UK. You will drive HR initiatives, manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy administration within a fast-paced hospitality group.
You will oversee inductions, onboarding materials, and compliance with GDPR and right-to-work. Strong UK employment law knowledge and proficiency with Harri/Fourth are essential for success.
