HR Support is delighted to be partnering with a growing, mid-sized London law firm renowned for its exceptional employer culture, to recruit an immediately available HR Manager (or Senior HR Advisor) for a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

The role covers all elements of HR Management, but is also responsible for leading their graduate recruitment and trainee development – so it is essential that you enjoy (and have experience) in both generalist HR and Early Careers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional looking to take on a role with genuine ownership, visibility, and influence. Working closely with Partners, Business Support Managers and the wider HR team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, senior-level recruitment and benefits.
  • Manage the Early Careers function.
  • Support the development and delivery of a centre of excellence within HR.
  • Advise confidently and professionally on complex and senior employee relations cases.
  • Contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support to the HR Director and senior stakeholders across the firm.
About You
  • Proven HR generalist experience gained in a law firm.
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including handling complex and senior-level cases.
  • Experience leading, or at least heavily involved in, the Early Careers function.
  • A confident communicator able to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment.
