Our client, a highly regarded professional services organisation, is seeking an HR Systems & Payroll Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll administration experience and strong HR systems knowledge to develop their career within a high-performing and people-focused environment.

Working within the HR Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting payroll processes, HR systems administration, data management and reporting. You'll work closely with HR colleagues and external providers to ensure the smooth running of critical people processes while helping to drive continuous improvement across the function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the payroll integration process and act as a key liaison with the external payroll provider.
Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies and support payroll validation activities.
Produce payroll reports, reconciliations and data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support day-to-day HR data management and reporting requirements across the wider business.
Assist with the administration, maintenance and ongoing development of the HR information system.
Support annual remuneration review processes and statutory reporting requirements.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide ad hoc support to the wider HR team as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous payroll administration experience and ideally some exposure to HR systems within a professional services or corporate environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced setting.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in payroll administration.
Experience working with HR systems and employee data is desirable.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset and team-oriented attitude.
