Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a Part Time Payroll & Benefits Manager to own the payroll and benefits function for ~400 UK-based employees. You will be the sole payroll specialist, delivering accurate monthly payroll and administering a comprehensive benefits portfolio.
You’ll report to HR leadership, working with HR, Finance, and the wider business to drive process improvements through a new HR/payroll system. This is a close-knit team in a supportive culture.
