We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our European HR Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle.
This is a diverse and hands-on opportunity within the HR Operations team, supporting key activities across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Development, and broader people-focused projects, providing you with exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines. You will help ensure our HR processes are accurate, efficient and well-coordinated, while also supporting reporting, data management, process improvement and future ways of working across our European offices.

About the Role
- Coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, internal moves, probation and offboarding.
- Support HR Operations with core people processes, HR systems, employee data, payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist with HR reporting and insight generation, helping turn people information into clear and useful outputs.
- Support automation and AI-enabled ways of working as part of the HRIS and wider HR roadmap.
- Provide flexible coordination support across Talent Acquisition, Talent, Learning and wider HR activity.
- Work closely with HR colleagues and the wider business to follow up actions and provide a responsive, professional service.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working by spotting gaps and suggesting practical improvements.
- Support people projects, wellbeing activities and other HR priorities as required.
What Are We Looking For?
- You will ideally bring experience supporting or coordinating projects and initiatives within HR Operations, along with some exposure to Talent Acquisition and/or Learning & Development.
- Experience with in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or other international business environments is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working to drive positive change.
- Comfortable working with HR data, reporting and information.
- Interest in HR systems, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Strong English language skills. Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
