  • Overseeing efficient hiring processes
: it’ll be your job to make sure our hiring processes are as efficient and impactful as possible - this will include designing the overall process with hiring managers, juggling multiple diaries to make sure we keep up the pace, and making sure candidate communication is always on point
  • Insight + reporting
: you’ll review and improve our current set of performance tracking tools, setting stretch KPIs and providing regular data so we can see where the process needs to be optimised
  • Shaping our employer brand
: whether through crafting content for our website, attending in-person events, or designing new attraction tools, you’ll be responsible for translating our culture for applicants so everyone learns what a great place to work Field is
  • Project scoping + delivery
: there will be tons of opportunities to get involved in extra, value-add projects outside of your core role, including supporting with benefits design, internal communication, training the team on hiring topics, supporting our EDI activities, and much more
