Field Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior leaders, and build talent pipelines while shaping our employer brand across the business.
You will work in a hybrid setup, reporting to the Head of People, and will leverage your headhunting expertise to fill niche roles in a fast-growing renewable infrastructure company.
