Our Physical AI team is on of our 4 new, highly specialised teams working in the DACH region from our London office. A Senior Associate, you will be the MVP in your team. Your role is to win clients, achieve a No.1 position in your vertical market and help us build the most powerful in AI ever.

• 40% uncapped Commission Scheme with no threshold

• Separate pathway for Individual Contributors that will take you up to Chief Revenue Officer (Partner level)

Our top 2 criteria are potential and values. You will also need the following experience –

• 24 months + experience in niche, high value recruitment in Tech
• 24 month+ experience in Permanent
• An exemplary track record of winning clients and developing clients
• Experience of achieving a No.1 position in a market
• Experience on the German market is beneficial
• Fluent German is beneficial

• Base salary relative to experience and potential
