HM Treasury is seeking a Resourcing Lead (Jobshare) to join the People and Capability team in London or other UK locations. The role focuses on leading recruitment policy and shaping resourcing governance while supporting headcount targets.
The successful candidate will advise senior stakeholders and line manage at least one staff member, coordinating with the Workforce Panel and other HR teams to implement new frameworks and drive efficiency across recruitment and onboarding processes.
