Location: Greater London
White Stuff is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to manage vacancies across London HQ, Leicester DC and Customer Centre. You will attract talent using direct sourcing, job boards, social media and networking, while leading end-to-end recruitment and delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating interviews, updating candidates promptly, building a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles, and partnering with the wider People team on apprenticeships and internships.
