Tik Tok is seeking an HR Operations Lifecycle Graduate (HR Operations-EMEA) starting 2027, based in London. You will manage local HR requirements for the UK/Ireland, support employee lifecycle processes, and drive improvements in HR operations.
The role includes vendor management, employee relations, and responding to queries with end-to-end HR solutions. Ideal candidates have a recent degree in HR or related fields, strong knowledge of UK & Ireland law, and excellent communication.
