Principal Consultant

(Experience level: 2-5 years.) This role is perfect for experienced recruiters looking for their next challenge. As a Principal Consultant, you will manage the entire candidate recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients, and mentor junior members of the team.

We work and have very well-established relationships with the globe's leading Fin Techs i.e., quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups!

• Identify & Qualify:
  Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
• Resource:
  Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
• Provide mentorship and help train junior team members

• Proven recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals that show you can shape and attract top passive talent
• Solid billing/placements history and role longevity
• Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
• Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
