Notion is hiring a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support growth across GTM teams in EMEA, with emphasis on Sales. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, design sourcing strategies, and build structured hiring plans while partnering with Total Rewards and People Ops.
You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with anchor office days to collaborate in person. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-growth recruiting, a track record of closing talent, and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
