We are representing a global recruitment agency who have a major presence in the US with over 65 offices, alongside 5 offices in Canada.

They have just expanded to the UK and therefore have exciting growth opportunities for experienced contract recruitment consultants/managers to take this huge US brand into the UK market and be rewarded accordingly.

With a dedicated recruitment team to support you by filling the roles, as a client solutions consultant/manager, it allows you to focus on networking, servicing and building your client relationships and business.

Valued for your UK contract expertise, you will have the opportunity to go to their head office for training in Atlanta, however they are looking for you to initially mentor the team of 8 US consultants who are finding their feet in the UK market.

With the US market run very differently to the UK, they are looking for experienced contract consultants/managers who understand the UK contract market and can lead from the front and “upskill” the current consultants.

With a fantastic reputation, portfolio and network, you will have the opportunity to leverage off their Global US clients, focussing on growing the UK, before moving towards other opportunities within Europe later on, once the UK office has grown significantly.
