The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London office.

This role is ideal for an ambitious recruiter with a strong background in contract or temporary recruitment, business development and client management.

Experience recruiting within engineering, data centres or related technical sectors would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across your specialist market.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Generate contract recruitment opportunities.
• Source and manage high calibre candidates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment solutions.
• Achieve individual revenue targets.
• Mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
• Represent Pangea within your specialist market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Background in contract or temporary recruitment.
• Experience with in engineering, data centres or technical recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach.
