We are looking for a driven, talented individual to join our successful legal finance recruitment team in Pentagon Talent.

• Take ownership of candidate pool generation through targeted advertising, networking through Linked In and other relevant professional media sources
• Generating both business leads and referrals for yourself & your team
• Effectively registering candidates to build candidate talent pipeline, ensuring all aspects of candidate care, both prior to & post placement, are delivered to Pentagon Talent's standards - ensuring continuity of communication & best in class service

• Self-motivated to generate new business through sales outreach, positively grows both personal and the Pentagon Talent brand
• Prioritises business opportunities, develops relationships with clients to ensure repeat business secured
• Consistent client engagement - conducting effective meetings, proactively seeking service reviews
• Consistently meeting set deadlines
• Develops specialist knowledge of chosen sector
• Delivering end to end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
