What You Will DoWe’re looking for a Talent Manager to shape and deliver our leadership, talent, succession and assessment agenda at enterprise scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who can turn strategy into action, build strong leadership pipelines, and help create a culture where people and performance thrive.
- Shape and evolve the enterprise talent and leadership strategy in line with business priorities and ambition.
- Design talent planning and succession processes, ensuring strong governance and enabling high-quality discussions and clear actions across the business.
- Establish and embed evidence-based leadership standards that reflect Vodafone Three’s purpose, culture and ambition, and raise the bar for inclusive, high-impact leadership behaviours.
- Design and deliver a cohesive leadership development offer for leaders at all levels
- Drive a high-performing talent and performance cycle, using insight and people data to identify risks, measure impact and improve outcomes.
- Own early careers strategy, including graduate and early careers programmes, career pathways and experience opportunities that strengthen future talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Partners, TA, Frontline L&D and business leaders to enable aligned talent, leadership and early careers plans, targeted interventions and practical tools that support organisational performance and growth.
