The Talent World is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its growing People team in Central London. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role covers the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, HR operations and key people initiatives in a fast-paced professional services setting.
You will manage HR admin, act as first point of contact for HR queries, support ER cases, coordinate payroll/benefits, maintain HR systems, and help shape policies and processes.
