The College in London is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the HR Operations function within the People & Culture team. The role combines operational leadership with strategic employee relations expertise to enhance HR delivery and the employee experience.
Reporting to the Executive Director of People & Culture, you will manage a small team, advise managers on complex cases, and drive improvements in HR policies, processes and reporting to support organisational objectives.
