Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who can influence senior leaders and connect people priorities directly to business performance? We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused HR Business Partner to support our Corporate and Commercial functions. Working closely with senior leaders, the Head of HR and HR Director, you’ll translate business priorities into people plans that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.

You’ll lead organisational design, strategic workforce planning, talent and succession activity, organisational change and complex, business-critical employee relations matters. You’ll also contribute to wider HR projects and transformation programmes that support Greenergy’s long-term objectives.

This role would suit an established HR Business Partner with strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to coach and constructively challenge senior leaders. You'll be based in our London office four days per week, with occasional travel to other Greenergy sites and business locations.

This is one of three newly created HR Business Partner opportunities within our evolving People team. We are also recruiting HR Business Partners to support our Assets & Infrastructure and Finance & IT functions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering:
  • Act as the dedicated HR Business Partner for the Corporate and Commercial functions, building trusted and influential relationships with senior leaders and managers
  • Partner with leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives and the People Strategy
  • Provide strategic advice and constructive challenge to improve organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and operational performance
  • Identify people-related risks, trends and opportunities, recommending practical and commercially focused solutions
  • Interpret workforce analytics and people insights to influence decision-making and improve organisational performance.
  • Partner with the Head of HR and HR Director to deliver strategic people projects, organisational initiatives and business transformation programmes.
  • Lead organisational design and strategic workforce planning initiatives across Corporate and Commercial functions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through commercial insight and evidence-based recommendations.
Talent, Capability & Performance:
  • Partner with leaders to attract, develop and retain talented colleagues
  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning activities across supported business areas.
  • Work with the Talent & Development team to deliver leadership development and organisational capability initiatives
  • Support performance and development processes, ensuring a clear link between performance, capability and career progression
  • Promote a high-performance culture through effective performance management, accountability and continuous development
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify future capability requirements and develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
Leadership & Employee Experience
  • Coach senior leaders to strengthen people management capability and leadership effectiveness
