JSS partners with a well-known fashion-led brand in London to appoint a Reward Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role blends strategic reward with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment and offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days on-site).
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will own compensation programmes, lead market benchmarking and salary reviews, and collaborate with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver a commercially focused reward agenda
