Location: Greater London
Lovely opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/ Coordinator to join a full service creative studio on a TEMP basis for 4-5 weeks starting as soon as possible. The successful person will support with all HR administration in a fast paced and creative team.
Duties will include ( but are not limited to):
- Supporting recruitment
- Being the point of contact for all new joiners
- Management and updating of employee information in the HR
- Platform Organising and maintaining personnel records
- Payroll administration
- Contact for all benefits information and associated administration
- Working with the Head of HR to work with employees who are seeking information
- Preparing the employee headcount data
This role will suit someone who is highly motivated, solutions driven, and thrives when working as a part of a close-knit creative team.
