La Nouvelle Garde in London is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to be the first dedicated HR hire in London, shaping our people function from day one. You’ll own day-to-day HR, lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and manager development with close collaboration to our France HR team.
You’ll bring at least 3 years’ HR experience in hospitality, strong lifecycle expertise, and a practical, builder mindset. UK employment practices and ACAS guidance knowledge are essential.
