Pharmacy2U is seeking a Senior People & Talent Partner for M&A and Reward to lead all people activities from due diligence to integration across the group, shaping a scalable total reward strategy and guiding senior leaders.
Based in London, Leeds or Bardon with hybrid 2/3 days per week, the role includes monthly travel to other sites, a 40k–50k salary plus up to 10% annual bonus, and close collaboration with the Head of People and Chief People Officer.
