To supplement the growth and strengthen their leadership team, they are looking to appoint a passionate and driven Director to head up a team of up to 14 recruiters and managers in the Finance & Marketing divisions. With a strong team structure in place with two AD’s, three managers and a squad of consistent billers, you will be coming into a well-established and successful £2mill division.

With the backing of a market leading brand, supported by the hugely valued and well networked Ops Director, this is a great opportunity to take ownership within this fast-growing, fun, vibrant team, building it and taking your division to 20 by 2023. You will have the autonomy to build your team the way you see fit, with the financial backing behind you.
