Contract Recruiter - Tech, IR35

We're looking for an experienced IT Contract Recruiter to join our team on an initial 3-month contract on a hybrid basis (London). This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT contractors across a range of technical disciplines.

You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, engage, and place skilled IT contractors. You'll be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, managing client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract roles.
• Source and engage high-quality contract professionals using a variety of channels.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT contractors.
• Qualify candidates through detailed screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and oversee the onboarding process.
