Experteer Overview As Reward Lead, you will own total reward across UK and coordinate with APAC & EMEA teams to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You'll lead fixed and variable pay, benefits design and governance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll partner with HR and senior leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive reward transformation initiatives. This role blends hands-on analysis with strategic guidance in a global, diverse environment.
Pay / Benefits
- Provide reward expertise across fixed and variable pay and employee benefits
- Governance alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to influence decision-making on total reward
- Lead/participate in UK reward matters including annual benefits enrolment and gender pay gap reporting
- Support reward transformation initiatives, market reviews, and salary structure analysis
- Develop knowledge and understanding of total reward among leaders, HR teams, and employees
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reward structures and processes
- Manage projects and vendor relationships to ensure service levels and enterprise objectives
- Bachelor in Human Resources or related field plus relevant experience
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Extensive experience in reward analysis and improving practices
- Expertise in UK benefits, annual enrolment, vendor management, and gender pay gap reporting
- Ability to interpret complex reward data and translate into business recommendations
- Proficiency in reward analysis tools, software, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to challenge thinking, manage conflicting deadlines and priorities with stakeholders
- Independent workstyle with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in process development, continuous improvement, and project management
- In-depth knowledge of reward principles, laws, and regulations
