Trainline is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract to own cases end-to-end and guide managers with practical ER expertise. You will work with line managers, HR Business Partners and the People team to streamline templates, toolkits, and processes for consistent case handling as we grow.
You’ll manage diverse ER matters, lead investigations, hearings and develop outcome documentation while applying ACAS and UK employment law.
