As Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead our Global TA team. Your proven experience recruiting senior leadership roles is the foundation for success in this high pace, outcomes driven team. You will lead a small team of TA Partners, to refine, redesign, improve and strengthen hiring strategy, philosophies, AI utilisation & process improvements to set the team up for further future success.

Partnering with senior leaders across Zepz on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and driving operational processes to ensure every hire raises the bar. You will be an accomplished leader able to develop meaningful relationships across all functions, particularly Prod Eng.

• Lead, develop, and coach a small and successful team of TA partners, building on expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Own recruiting operational processes, ensuring team capacity flexes with frequently changing business priorities
• Drive hiring process improvements by analysing data, identifying blockers, and implementing changes that improve consistency, velocity and quality of hire, using AI as a driver, whilst keeping the human element where required.
• Build a high-performance team culture based on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Recruiting 'bar-raisers' in key senior level roles across our global functions;
• Teaming up with hiring managers to build out the ideal candidate profile
• Refining interview loops to elevate our assessment quality and maximize the candidate experience, whilst ensuring consistent diversity within the loops;
