Experteer Overview You will own the end-to-end talent system for EG, shaping how leadership potential, readiness, and succession are assessed across a global, matrixed organization. You'll partner with People Tech and People Analytics to turn frameworks into scalable product experiences. You'll drive an AI-native evolution of talent reviews and ensure data-driven, high-impact decisions for leaders and HRBPs. This is a mission-critical product role at a transforming company that values impactful, enterprise-scale results.

Pay / Benefits

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the enterprise talent review and succession system, from strategy to launch and iteration
  • Define and codify an enterprise framework for assessing potential and succession risk, including calibration language and governance
  • Evolve talent reviews into an always-on, AI-native capability with real-time insights for leaders and HRBPs
  • Own product KPIs (calibration quality, data completeness, bench strength, decision consistency) to inform roadmap priorities
  • Serve as SME for Talent Strategy Partners and HRBPs, translating frameworks into practical guidance and building calibration capabilities
  • Lead enterprise top talent development strategy with L&D, defining experience architecture and success metrics
  • Ensure development linked to succession outcomes and measurable program impact
  • Drive AI-native product development by integrating predictive signals and personalized recommendations
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscape and partner with People Analytics to ensure data is structured, actionable, and decision-focused
  • Demonstrate strong product ownership and execution rigor in a global, matrixed environment
  • Experience owning and shipping complex enterprise products or programs at scale in global, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to translate ambiguous talent challenges into clear product requirements and scalable solutions
  • Proven collaboration with engineering, product, or HRIS teams to build HR/talent tech products (Preferred)
  • 8+ years in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, or HR product management in global organizations (Preferred)
  • Deep expertise in talent identification, readiness assessment, and calibration design (Preferred)
  • ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent coaching certification
