City of London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office) Salary: up to £36,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent | Full Time A leading law firm in the City of London is looking to recruit an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support its busy Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function. Assist with onboarding, offboarding and new starter documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system. Coordinate interviews, meetings and training sessions. Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation. Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates. Respond to employee queries and assist with general HR administration. Ensure all employee records remain confidential and compliant.

Requirements:
Previous experience within an HR Assistant or HR Administration role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems. Professional communication skills and the ability to manage confidential information. Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous.
