Sourcer – Search & Community Associate SEEKHR | London Help us find exceptional people. And build a community they want to be part of.

SEEKHR partners with ambitious CEOs and Founders to find the People & Talent leaders who can transform their businesses.

We work with some of the most exciting VC and PE-backed companies in the UK, Europe and North America, helping them make targeted, high-impact hires across People, Talent and HR across frontier tech.

But we're building more than a search business.

At the heart of SEEKHR is a growing community of brilliant People & Talent leaders - and we're looking for a Sourcer who can help us find, engage and bring that community together.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who is curious about people, commercially switched on and loves making connections.

You’ll work closely with the SEEKHR team across both executive search and our community.

On search, you’ll get under the skin of some of the most interesting businesses in the market. You’ll map talent, identify exceptional People & Talent professionals, approach candidates thoughtfully and help us understand who really represents the top of the market.

But your role won’t stop when a search closes.

You’ll help us continually discover brilliant people we should know - future Chief People Officers, Heads of People, Talent leaders and emerging People talent - and find ways to bring them into the SEEKHR community.

You’ll also play a key role in ‘Rivo’, our Talent in VC events - helping us identify and bring together brilliant Talent leaders from across the venture capital ecosystem, creating meaningful connections and strengthening SEEKHR’s position at the heart of the VC talent community.

In short, you’ll help us answer two questions every day:

You're naturally curious and love finding people and understanding what makes them tick. You're a great researcher but don't want to spend your career hidden behind Linked In Recruiter.

You enjoy starting conversations and building relationships. You're organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

You're fanatical about quality. We work on complex searches where the upfront research, market mapping, outreach and assessment really matter, so “good enough” isn't how we operate.

Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to build something.

SEEKHR is female-led, fast-moving and collaborative. There's plenty of autonomy and trust, and you’ll have real exposure to senior People leaders, Founders and some of the most exciting businesses in the market.

This isn't a sourcing role where success means sending hundreds of Linked In messages.

You'll learn how great executive search actually works. You'll develop a deep network in People & Talent. You'll get exposure to senior leaders much earlier than you would in most recruitment businesses. And you'll help shape a community and brand alongside doing the day job.

You’ll work with our Talent in VC community, connecting with Talent leaders from Seedcamp, Index Ventures, General Catalyst, Point Nine, EQT, OSE, Creandum and more.

You’ll get exposure to Founders, CEOs, investors and some of the best People & Talent leaders in the market - relationships that can take years to build.

You’ll learn how to understand a new market. How to spot exceptional talent. And how to build a network that could stay with you for your entire career.
