We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Data & AI Contract team in London (Bishopsgate – hybrid 4:1).

This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in one of the most in-demand areas of technology, working with innovative organisations across Data, AI, Machine Learning and Cloud, while building a strong network of clients and contractors within a high-growth market.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow an established Data & AI contract desk
• Develop new business and strengthen existing client partnerships
• Build a network of specialist Data, AI and Cloud professionals
• Deliver the full recruitment lifecycle from BD through to placement
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates

What we're looking for

• Proven success within Technology, Data, AI or Contract Recruitment
• Strong 360 recruitment and business development experience
• Commercially driven with a passion for winning and growing accounts
• Motivated by autonomy, progression and uncapped earning potential
