Reward Specialist

Are you an experienced HR professional with strong reward and payroll knowledge looking for your next interim opportunity?

We're supporting a well-known Government organisation as they seek an HR professional to join their People Services team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting strategic reward initiatives whilst providing expert HR advice across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Supporting the Head of People Services across a range of HR activities

✅ Pay benchmarking and reward-related projects

✅ Supporting gender pay gap reporting and analysis

✅ Responding to payroll queries and providing guidance to stakeholders

✅ Interpreting and advising on HR policies and procedures

✅ Managing and developing two Band B direct reports

✅ Building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation

About You

✔ CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

✔ Strong HR generalist background with reward and payroll exposure

✔ Experience supporting pay and reward initiatives

✔ Confident interpreting HR policies and advising managers

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Available to start at short notice
