Fit Flop is seeking a People & Reward Administrator to provide practical and accurate support across the People Team, helping to keep our people data, access, benefits processes and day-to-day administration running smoothly.
You will own a variety of people processes, including onboarding, lifecycle administration, maintaining employee records and helping with payroll preparation and reporting, while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
