Salary: £29,000 per annum pro rata (£20,714 actual)

Hours:

25 hours per week (5 hours per day), Monday to Friday

Location:

South West London with a high degree of flexibility available.

Contract:

About the HR and Systems Administrator

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-focused HR and Systems Administrator to help deliver an efficient, professional and people-centred HR service across the charity.

This varied role supports the administration of every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee records management, preparing contracts and correspondence, as well as regular HR reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting their HR systems, including their HR Information System, Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System.

As part of their People, Digital and Organisational Development team, you will help ensure colleagues receive a high-quality HR service that is accurate, compliant and responsive.

Your work will:

  • Provide administration for the Human Resources function to support a national charity's work.
  • Maintain the systems and data that enable informed decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support managers and colleagues to use HR systems confidently and effectively.
  • Help attract and recruit talented people who support their mission.
  • Ensure employees receive a positive experience throughout their journey with the organisation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across people processes and ways of working.
About you

You will be highly organised, enjoy working with systems and data, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You will find full details of what they are looking for in the attached job description, and key requirements are:

Experience
  • Worked in a busy and varied Human Resource administration role.
  • Used databases such as an HRIS including inputting data, producing reports and supporting other users.
  • Used other HR systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant platforms including managing and supporting other users.
  • HR administration relevant to the employee lifecycle including pre-employment, onboarding, exit, holidays, contract changes etc.
  • Supported hiring managers with recruitment, including agreeing recruitment campaigns, creating job adverts and maintaining candidate records
Skills and Knowledge
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.
  • Excellent IT skills including the ability to use and support others to use a range of HR platforms including HRIS, ATS, LMS, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft 365 products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, in person and written.
  • Able to create and maintain accurate records and filing systems and shared files.

Right to work in the UK for 25 hours per week.
