People Administrator (6 Month FTC)

People Operations Administrator - 6-Month FTC - London/Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced People Operations Administrator to join a global media organisation on a 6-month FTC. This is a varied role supporting day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, HR systems, data and reporting, compliance processes, invoices, internal communications and wider People projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure People processes are accurate, well organised and delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident working across multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Key skills and experience:

• Previous experience in HR/People Operations or HR Administration
• Strong experience using Workday is essential.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, data, reporting and document management
• Experience supporting areas such as visa administration, IR35, invoices/POs and employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach
